, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues across our e-commerce and payment infrastructure. You will work with critical systems including Stripe, GoCardless, WooCommerce, and our custom-built Order Management System (OMS) to ensure seamless operations, minimize downtime, and maintain excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with payment platforms and

subscription management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to resolve

time-sensitive production issues.
