PHR Timekeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable PHR / Timekeeper to join our Calamba, Laguna Construction Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate timekeeping, payroll support, and basic HR-related functions on-site.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Timekeeper or HR staff in the construction industry
• Knowledgeable in timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and basic HR functions
• Familiar with construction manpower monitoring (skilled workers, subcontractors, and laborers)
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
