Job Description
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end 5G PHY system activities, from feature development to system integration.Serve as the technical focal point for all PHY and RF-related aspects.Define and own system-level requirements for PHY components.Optimize and fine-tune PHY layer algorithms to improve performance and efficiency of base-station products.Drive lab testing and validation using RF test equipment.Own and maintain CI/CD flows for PHY performance and conformance testing.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers within the PHY team.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Software, DSP, RF, and Hardware, to ensure seamless integration.What You Should Have:
