- Deliver physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist and outlined in the Plan of Care.
- Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, gait, balance, and other therapeutic activities to support rehabilitation and safety.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising PT.
- Instruct patients and caregivers in home exercises and safe use of assistive devices or techniques.
- Accurately and promptly document all services provided in the electronic medical record (EMR).
