PIC Structural

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The PIC – Structural shall be responsible for the overall supervision, implementation, and compliance of all structural works of the hospital project, ensuring that construction is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• With relevant experience as PIC or Structural Engineer for mid-rise or high-rise buildings
• At least 5 years of professional experience in structural construction supervision
• Prior involvement in multi-storey buildings (5 storeys or higher)
• Knowledgeable in reinforced concrete and structural steel works
• Familiar with NSCP, DPWH standards, and local building regulations
