Pilot Malting & Microbrewery Operator — Process & Maintenance

The South African Breweries Ltd is seeking a Processing Plant Artisan based in Caledon. The successful candidate will ensure optimal running of the pilot malting plant and micro-brewery, perform preventative maintenance, and adhere to quality controls.

The role requires a minimum N4 Electrical/Millwright qualification, trade test certification, and PC literacy. Experience in malting and brewing is advantageous.
