Job Description
This role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining underground piping systems for water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure projects within a civil construction environment. You will work on active construction sites, performing physically demanding tasks that require precision, safety awareness, and strong teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Install underground piping systems, including storm, sanitary, and water mains, in accordance with project specifications and grade requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes to ensure accurate pipe layout and installation.
- Align and position pipes to the required depth and grade using lasers or transit levels.
- Perform trench preparation, including measuring, grading, and compacting to create a stable base for piping systems.
