Job Description
**The Role**
The Maintenance Planner & Scheduler is responsible for the **technical planning** and **efficient scheduling** of all planned maintenance activities—including time‑based, usage‑based, condition‑based, and planned corrective work—across short‑, mid‑, and long‑term horizons. This role configures and maintains all maintenance plans and technical information within the **CMMS/EAM** , prioritizes work based on **asset criticality and operational risk** , coordinates resources and operating windows with Production, and ensures timely execution of the weekly maintenance schedule. _This role does not manage reactive maintenance, which is handled by maintenance execution teams._
