WE ARE HIRING: PLANNER ENGINEER
Project: St. John Medical Center – Extension

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planner Engineer to join our team for the St. John Medical Center Extension Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring project performance, and supporting progress billing activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline, updated, and recovery schedules)
• Conduct planning and scheduling of all construction activities
• Monitor overall project performance and progress against approved timelines
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment
• Assist in preparation and submission of Accomplishment Reports (AR) and progress billing documents
