Job Description
The role:
planning annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance and repair schedules for mining equipment;monitoring execution of maintenance programs and analyzing deviations in schedules and downtime;analyzing equipment availability and reliability, and preparing measures to reduce failures and unplanned repairs;planning resource requirements for maintenance and repairs (workforce, spare parts, materials);preparing planning, reporting, and analytical data to support management decision‑making;coordinating with production, technical, and contractor teams in compliance with industrial safety requirements.
