Tier 1 Building Contractor urgently require a Planning Manager to work on site on a £350m newbuild of science blocks and warehouses.

Reporting to the Project Director,you will be an expert in identifying planning scope, major constraints and contractual requirements alongside identifying major quantities and factors affecting the programme

Lead the planning processes, oversee the development of key deliverables such as programs, planning philosophy, presentations and reports. Ensure the planners are formulating tender programmes, ensuring alignment with goals of the company.
