Planning Supervisor

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the planning section.
2. Forecasting customer demand and working with sales for stocking planning.
3. Review Forecast accuracy level and highlight to demand management to improve forecast accuracy level.
4. Generate production plan (3 months rolling) to specific area assigned, disseminate and discussed with team for machine, method and manpower preparation.
5. Oversees and ensures proper production control planning and scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts and to balance the level of manpower and machine requirements.
6. Perform detailed capacity assessments that identify gaps and create plans to optimize performance.
7. Work with cross functional teams across the business such sales dept, operations/production, and supply chain.
