DESCRIPTION: 
Reporting directly to the Operations Lead Analyst, the Plant Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations through accurate budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative coordination. This position ensures smooth workflows, timely documentation, and reliable support for plant leadership. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility Area – Budget Planning & Allocation
• Input and implementation of budgets per commercial operations.
• Monitor ongoing expenses across operations, identifying areas for cost optimization without compromising quality or service delivery. Ensure budget compliance while striving for cost-effective solutions to meet both short-term operational needs and long-term goals.

Responsibility Area - Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
• Work internally with customers and peers to implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, ensuring resources are available to respond ...
