The Plant Engineer collaborates closely with the VP of Engineering and the Plant Manager to offer technical expertise for the development, design, and execution of capital, expenses, and maintenance projects in a safe, profitable, timely, and efficient manner.

+ Develop, design, perform cost estimation and justification, and prepare the business case for capital and expense projects according to process design.
+ Schedule and execute equipment and machinery inspections.
+ Collaborate with plant production management staff on continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
