A manufacturing company based in Danao, Cebu is looking for an Engineering Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day plant engineering operations. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. The successful candidate will manage maintenance activities, drive improvements in preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong leadership skills and knowledge in refrigeration and electrical systems are essential. A full onsite work setup is provided.
