Plant Operator Lead

We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Plant Lead Operators to oversee the daily operations of the Sinclair Gas Plant. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role that begins with a focused operational readiness phase based out of the Grande Prairie office, transitioning to site‑based leadership in Q2 2027. Reporting to the Plant Foreman, the ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, design reviews, commissioning, start‑up, and operation of the facility.

The successful candidate will work on a 7‑day on, 7‑day off schedule and reside in the Grande Prairie, AB area, within 100 km of the Sinclair Gas Plant.

Job Functions and Core Responsibilities

• Pre‑Startup Phase – Provide operational feedback to Engineering on plant design, develop detailed operating procedures and safety protocols, lead dry and wet commissioning, lead PSSR walk‑downs, mentor core operations team.
