Job Description
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, HP ALM, MS Teams, Tosca, AWS, Azure Cloud Services) to enhance data flow and business processes.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, simplify administrative activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.
