Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Managing purchase trade-offs to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Meeting and exceeding purchase delivery targets consistently. Conducting supplier feasibility assessments alongside the CDMM team. Tracking progress of projects and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure milestones are met. Developing and overseeing next-step plans for ongoing projects. Identifying and understanding risks related to projects and ECNs, and formulating effective mitigation strategies. Managing scope changes with collaborative input from the CDMM team. Handling critical performance issues, quality deviations, and cost escalations proactively.
