Key Responsibilities
- Manage diverse international project teams to deliver PLM solution in collaboration with the customer
- Serve as the main point of contact for the customer
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client goals and ensure they are met or exceeded
- Be the trusted advisor for our customers
- Monitor project performance and identify improvement opportunities
