Overview
A plumber is a skilled tradesperson responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Their job typically involves:
- Installation: Installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems. This can include new construction projects, as well as renovations and upgrades.
- Repair and Maintenance: Identifying and fixing leaks, clogs, or issues with water flow and pressure. Plumbers may also maintain and service water heaters, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.
