This is a static, long‑term position based on a single site, offering consistent hours and a steady workflow across multiple plots. Key Responsibilities
1st Fix Installations - full pipework runs, internal services, and preparation for 2nd fix
Installation of hot & cold water systems in line with site specifications
Working from technical drawings and site plans
Coordinating with site managers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain build schedules
Ensuring all work meets current building regulations and quality standards
