PMLD Teaching Assistant – South Croydon

We are currently working with a highly supportive specialist setting in South Croydon that is urgently seeking compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistants to start immediately.

The provision supports young people aged 16–25 with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism, physical disabilities, complex medical needs, and communication difficulties. The setting is recognised for its therapeutic and holistic approach, helping students develop independence, life skills, communication, and preparation for adulthood within a safe and inclusive environment.

About the Role

• Support students aged 16–25 with:
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Physical disabilities and sensory impairments
  • Complex communication and medical needs
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support
