Overview Of The Role
We are seeking PMO Analysts / Coordinators to support a large-scale transformation and implementation program within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role will support program coordination, governance, reporting, stakeholder management, implementation tracking, and vendor coordination to help ensure successful program delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing In The Role
- Support integrated program coordination activities across multiple workstreams
- Assist with governance processes, status reporting, and executive updates
- Maintain and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
- Monitor implementation progress and support reporting and tracking activities
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups with stakeholders and vendors
