Leadership and Oversight: Lead, manage, and support a team of geographically dispersed direct reports including program managers and program coordinators. Oversee the rigorous administration of effective program management practices and enforce adherence to Fluke’s Agile Program Management (APM) process. Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Project Delivery: Oversee the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs, from initiation to closure. Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
