Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced PMO Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site, focusing on a large-scale IT transformation programme. This role is pivotal in supporting the Program Management Team (PMT) in implementing a new back-office system, which is a key component of the client’s IT strategy aimed at simplifying their application landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, structure, and provide program-related information for various stakeholder groups.
- Support the Program Management Team in monitoring progress and identifying key focus areas.
- Assist in maintaining and updating programme and project plans in collaboration with different teams.
- Coordinate periodic programme reporting.
- Act as process owner for governance and reporting processes within the programme.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision-making documentation.
