Summary
The PMO Specialist is responsible for the assessment and implementation of PMO processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and devising efficient processes and cost‑effective alternatives. They analyze the interdepartmental workflows to align all Iconic regions and all Functional Groups and identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and efficiency gains to enhance project delivery capabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree ideally in a relevant field (business, project management, construction management, engineering).
- PMP designation is an asset for this role.
- 10+ years in Construction Delivery, Project Management and EPC environments (Understanding of ISO9001QMS Certification an asset).
- Significant operations management experience.
- Experience building and adapting defined systems, processes, and procedures with an eye on growth.
