Join the York Region Children’s Aid Society in Newmarket as a PolicyTech Administrator and IT Support Analyst. This full-time position blends technical support with application management in a hybrid model.
As part of the IT team, you will provide crucial Tier 1 support for desktop and network issues while empowering staff through training on PolicyTech functionality. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that IT systems meet evolving business needs, supporting a healthier community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Tier 1 Service Desk and application support
