Pool Attendant Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends Position Overview (Pool Attendant / Concierge) Stratton Amenities is seeking a Pool Attendant to support a luxury residential community during weekend hours. This role combines pool area oversight with light concierge-level service, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Maintain a strong, professional presence in the pool area at all times Set up and organize pool furniture, umbrellas, and amenities Monitor access to the pool area and enforce community rules Keep the pool deck clean, orderly, and free of debris throughout the shift Provide towels, refreshments, or amenities if applicable to the property Assist residents with basic requests and provide a hospitality-driven experience Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or rule violations to management Ensure all pool areas are properly reset at the end of each shift Qualifications Prior hospitality, customer service, or p...
