Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Port Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information and ensuring accurate documentation for the import, export, and movement of cargo. You will serve as the primary interface between operations, carriers, customers, truckers, port authorities, and governmental agencies to ensure a seamless cargo handling experience. Your efforts will ensure timely resolution of any issues and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
This position requires a minimum of B2-level proficiency in English and B2-level proficiency in French. The role is based on-site at our office in Bogotá (El Chicó).
