Partner Portal Support Specialist

Onsite: 4 days/week until Aug 2026, 5 days/week starting Sep 2026
We are hiring a Partner Portal Support Specialist to serve as the first line of support for partners accessing the new partner portal. This role focuses on onboarding, provisioning, troubleshooting access issues, demo/trial order processing, and delivering an excellent partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support partner onboarding, portal access, and persona provisioning
- Troubleshoot login and portal-related inquiries
- Process trial and demo orders and track them to completion
- Manage partner support inbox and case requests within SLA timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including billing, fulfillment, and deal desk
- Maintain governance standards and process compliance
