Portfolio Administration Analyst

This is a great opportunity for a career orientated market professional to join a leading financial services organisation as a  Portfolio Administration Analyst.
  
Dealing with high-net-worth clients and very intelligent colleagues, our client is keen to meet with individuals who have had at least two to three year’s market experience in Portfolio Administration.  
  
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
  

• Building portfolios and ensuring accurate cost base records are entered.
• Linking of external portfolio accounts and data feeds
• Tracking receipt of assets from external brokers and platforms
• Conducting ongoing Cash and Stock reconciliations
• Prepare documentation for third-party investments, such as managed fund applications.
