Portfolio Planning Manager, GREF

As a key leader within Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team, the Portfolio Planning role will oversee India’s teams’ space allocations and coordinate with space planners to manage, assign, and report on plans for employees and teams. The Portfolio Planning professional will align real‑estate strategy to business needs in partnership with key GREF stakeholders and maintain a customer‑centric approach. The role partners with India Corp. managers, occupancy planning teams, and space‑management teams to implement workplace design, space, and move needs for their assigned team(s), inform supply and demand allocations and change requests, and develop strategic recommendations to India Corp. managers regarding workplace design and space allocation that translate into GREF’s broader business requirements.
