Description: We are looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at South West - South Peninsula. This is located predominantly at Riverview but will require travel within the region. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.

You will be part of a compassionate team committed to our patients' well-being. As a PBS Practitioner you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
