As an Assistant Chief Power Engineer, you will oversee the operating crew's daily activities, manage operational safety standards, and provide leave relief for shift supervisors. Your expertise in plant operations and leadership will support both staff coordination and capital projects within a challenging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operating crew for safe power plant operations
• Provide vacation and leave relief for shift supervisors
• Assist in capital project support and outage planning
• Implement and lead safety programs on-site
• Administer Lock Out/Tag Out procedures effectively
