The Role
- Providing PPA cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons and maintaining continuity of learning
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school
- Supporting pupil progress and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
