To ensure all administrative and technical tasks inherent to the management of a PPE portfolio and the holding of general meetings.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in condominium administration in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of building technology, energy transition, and condominium law
• Mastery of modern work tools, administrative autonomy
• Good interpersonal skills
• Administrative and organisational rigour
• Availability in the early evening during the general meeting period
• Good spelling and writing skills
• Driving licence / vehicle owner
