Practicante Customer Service (Onsite)

The Customer Service Intern will assist with follow-up on all orders and quotes and the administration of customer requests, performing a variety of order administration support activities for customer accounts.

What you will do

• Understand the job and apply knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks; maintain customer inquiries, including correspondence concerning sales order status, order changes, and billing/receivables questions.
• Generate and distribute orders and quotes summaries when required.
• Ensure export policies and procedures compliance, including license applications and proper export classification on the sales order, and customer denied parties screening.
• Work with Finance to process customer invoices.
• Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create and facilitate deliveries ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Create and maintain special tracking and customer reports.
