Job Description
Oversee and manage daily practice operations
Coordinate patient bookings, scheduling, and clinic flow
Manage medical billing and invoicing (Medicare, private billing, etc.)
Liaise with third-party providers, including surgical billing partners
Monitor and improve operational processes and efficiencies
Maintain accurate records, systems, and compliance standards
Ensure a high-quality patient experience at all touchpoints
Support recruitment and occasional management of administrative staff (e.g. receptionist)
Act as the key operational point of contact within the practice
