Overview
Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Retail, Housing and Maintenance. We employ over 250 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to support our Construction, Housing and Retail division to deliver largescale projects across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing the bid from tender stage through potential pre-construction agreements and to point of contract award.
- Reviewing bid documents to develop a bid strategy, to deliver profitable, de-risked, winning bids on time and to the highest quality whilst maintaining external relationships.
