Job Description
The Pre-construction Manager reports directly to the Bid Director. The role is wide-ranging across the estimating function and makes a critical contribution to the submission of successful tender bids.
The position requires an awareness of the company's Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) systems, and duties must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the SHEQ Management Manual and other related documentation. The Pre-construction Manager must positively represent the company courteously and professionally, promoting a proactive and collaborative approach to good working relationships. • Reviewing and understanding tenders and PQQ’s as received, including the tender details, scope, and size.
• Listing and allocating duties to other staff members and ensuring that adequate resources are available for participation and subsequent completion of a submission, keeping track of progress during the tender process.
