Job Description
Lead project readiness with VINCI Construction Grands Projets Canada as a Pre-construction Project Manager. Drive efficiency and ensure all departments meet critical milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
This role focuses on coordinating project preparation, facilitating communication with clients, and implementing Lean initiatives. You will align project teams on deliverables, develop readiness dashboards, and manage critical client documentation. Your experience will be pivotal in resolving issues early and improving overall project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Readiness Program and departmental alignment
• Organize and document Readiness Meetings effectively
• Maintain the Readiness Register with clear ownership
• Prepare Client documentation such as MOUs and work packages
