Preconstruction Manager

This tier 1 Developer is poised for substantial growth over the next several years and in preparation for this exciting and challenging phase, they're actively seeking a highly engaged, driven and experienced Manager, Preconstruction to join our team.

As the Manager, Preconstruction, you will play a pivotal role in their project development process. Reporting to the Senior Director, Preconstruction, you will manage all phases of preconstruction, including overseeing critical activities such as conceptual estimating, design coordination, permitting, and budgeting. In addition, you will also mentor, guide and develop a team of Estimators. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are set up for success from the very beginning.
