Description
Reporting to the Executive Chef and under the supervision of the Chef de Partie, this position supports the delivery of quality, value priced dining by efficiently prepping a wide variety of cooking ingredients.
- Assist in the preparation of meals by maintaining supplies of prepped ingredients and dish components.
- Assemble entrees from pre-prepared components, and prepare baked goods.
- Carry out general cleaning and kitchen maintenance.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient preparation of food.
