Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Pricing Accuracy & Data Management

• Input, maintain, and update accurate rates in CargoWise
• Basic familiarity with CargoWise is essential for rate management and system operations.
• Ensure all rate entries meet internal standards and maintain a pricing accuracy rate of at least 98%.
• Regularly audit and review pricing data for accuracy and make timely adjustments in response to market fluctuations.
• Manage rate sheets & customer proposals ensuring rate validity and documentation is up to date.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry is required.

Market Monitoring & Strategic Support

• Monitor market rates, competitor pricing, and industry trends to provide timely, actionable insights to the Pricing & Procurement Manager.
