Job Title: Finance Manager II (Monetization Operations)
Location: Toronto, CA (Hybrid - 3 days/week)
Duration: 9+ months contract (will extend)
Max Pay Rate: CAD $53/hr. on T4
We are hiring a Monetization Analyst/Manager to support special pricing strategy, promotions, and revenue optimization initiatives across US & EU markets.
This role sits within the Monetization team and partners closely with Finance, Seller Management, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Analytics to drive incremental GMV and margin impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute and optimize special pricing contracts & promotions
- Evaluate pricing requests based on GMV, margin impact & buyer experience
- Build financial models to forecast incremental GMV & revenue tradeoffs
- Create dashboards and performance reports
