Primary Teaching Assistant

Primary schools across BS31, BA1 and BA2 are on the lookout for brilliant, reliable and adaptable educators who love what they do and genuinely enjoy working with children.

You don’t need QTS to make a real difference here. If you’ve spent time in schools, childcare, coaching, youth work or similar settings, and you’re confident leading activities, supporting learning and keeping young minds engaged, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with SEN or SEMH is a real bonus, but not a dealbreaker.

You’ll be stepping into friendly, welcoming school communities where teamwork is everything. Every adult in the room matters, and your contribution helps shape a positive, enriching day for every pupil. Whether you’re covering lessons, supporting small groups or working alongside class teachers, you’ll help keep learning purposeful, structured and, most importantly, enjoyable.
