Aspire People are recruiting a knowledgeable and proactive Primary Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across a primary setting. This role is ideal for someone confident supporting the curriculum and delivering targeted interventions to raise pupil attainment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both whole‑class learning and focused group work.

The Role

• Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Delivering small group interventions in Maths and English
• Providing occasional 1:1 support where required
• Supporting pupils to access the curriculum effectively
• Assisting with lesson preparation and resource creation
• Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
