About the role
We’re looking for a Principal Advisor – Remuneration Strategy and Solutions to join our APAC team in Perth or Brisbane. This role plays a critical part in designing, governing and delivering remuneration solutions that directly support Rio Tinto’s people strategy and business priorities across the Asia‑Pacific region.
You will help shape how Rio Tinto navigates diverse market, regulatory and industrial relations environments, ensuring our remuneration frameworks are competitive, transparent, and aligned to both business needs and global standards.
