Drive machine learning innovation as Principal AI Architect at Workday in Toronto. Spearhead development of AI agents and scalable ML solutions in this critical role.
In the Agent Factory, you will take the lead in designing core ML systems that support advanced AI functionalities. Collaborate with a talented team of engineers and data scientists to build frameworks that put models into production. Ensure that the solutions are not only efficient but also scalable and reliable across the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design core ML systems for AI agent deployment
• Evolve frameworks for LLM agent workflows
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
• Monitor performance and manage continuous improvements
• Lead ML engineering projects and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
• At least 10 years in machine learning or data science
• 4+ years of experience in deep learning frameworks
