JOB DETAILS

1. You are responsible for developing customers and nurturing professional relationships. 
2.On each project, the principal works with the client to determine goals and is ultimately responsible for delivering final schematics. 

3.You will also deliver construction documents to building contractors.

4.Throughout the process, you will manage the work of other professionals. 

5.You may utilize architect interns and drafters to research building codes, make schematic calculations, and draft technical materials. 

6.Delegation of day-to-day contact with clients to a project manager, who may be another architect or a drafter
